Chambal dacoit kidnapped a doctor.

The Badan Singh Chauhan gang of Chambal recently

kidnapped a Doctor and demanded Rs5 crore ransom.

There was practically few activities in the ravines of

the Chambal for quite some time.

The kidnapping of Dr. Umakant Gupta raised once 

again the eyebrows of the concerned authorities.He

went missing from Agra.

50cops from UP& Rajasthan gave chase for 30 hours

and scoured few dozens villages before the doctor

was found.  They also went through deep ravines and 

crossed gharial infested Chambal  River.

A woman from the Badan Singh's gang  was responsible

for the abduction of the doctor. She tricked the doctor

and handed  him over to Badan Singh and his men who

were waiting with their bikes.
