Could land near VIP & Airport go for distress sale? What is the original price of a land in Kolkata ? Definitely not 4 or 5 Lakhs per Kotas ? Yet this seems to be happening-Why ? What is the definition ? Why does these kind of things happen ? Can't the original owner expect at least near Market Price ?
