Passing Buck !!
This is a common malady most of us suffer from. We all want
to get Maximum out of life with Mminimum of effort. It has
become the nature of majority and the root cause is always
'a sense of reluctance to shoulder responsibility'.
This induces the entire society to ' pass the buck ' to someone
else while itself remaining static.
