It is extremely hard to believe how a human being could willfully turn himself into a dog! 

A Japanese man named Toco spent Rs 11.6 lakh to covert himself into a dog. It was a long cherished childhood dream which he finally achieved. It took 40 days for  a Japanese Company to make his dream come true. 

They created a hyper-realistic outfit of a dog. The video of Toco as a dog has gone viral!
