Is more students running after foreign degrees ?

The trend cannot be ignored. Going through various 

magazines & newspapers it seems very true. Students

nowadays are getting more attracted towards foreign

education and this could be seen in various fields. 

Wonder if the Indian Education System is lacking or lagging

behind! But as far as my knowledge goes our system

seems quite ok but needs a bit of discipline -I repeat -a bit

of discipline !!
