Afganistan Minister sells Pizzas.

      It was rather surprising to know from a TOI report that a former Afganistan Minister is now busy selling pizzas in  Germany's Leipzig !    He was the Ex-Communication and IT Minister under Ghani led Government for two years. He feels safe and and happy along with his family in Germany.     Saadat his name is highly qualified . He has a master's degree in Communications and Electronic Engineering from Oxford University !        He was the Minister from 2018 and resigned only last year.         

Husband jumps into wife's pyre !

 This happened in a remote village of Odisha's  Kalahandi.  A couple spent a long congujal life together. Raibari(65yrs) the wife however died.   The husband Nilamani Sabar former  panchayat member was naturally heartbroken. Unfortunately no one could fathom his actual mental trauma. The mourners were too occupied preparing the funeral pyre. As the fire started burning  along with the dead body-suddenly Nilamani (70yrs) jumped into the flames. Before anyone could react his body was burnt  beyond recognition.Their family along with their four sons were horrified to witness such sight.      It was few days left for the 34th anniversary of Roop Kanwar Sati case in Rajasthan !

From the leapord's jaws !

The couple were sleeping at the backyard of their house. They had their two year old granddaughter beside them. Basanti Bai Gurjar (50yrs) the grandmother suddenly awoke after hearing Bobby (her granddaughter) wailing. She was horrified to find a leopard dragging  the toddler by its left foot in its jaws. She immediately started kicking the leopard in its face but it held its jaws tight. Hearing the growling of the leopard Jai Singh Gurjar (55yrs) -the grandfather also  woke up and repeatedly kicked the leopard with all his strength. Both of them tried to free the toddler from its jaws. The big cat left Bobby and started biting and scratching the couple. In the meanwhile their neighbours came running with with sticks. Now the leopard left them and jumped back into the forest. (This happened near Kuno National Park, Madhya Pradesh.)

ATM inventor's hospital !

A hospital in Meghalaya at last gets an automated teller machine. The funny thing is that the inventor Adrian Shepherd Barron-was born in that same hospital in the year 1925. Hence the hospital get its 1st ATM half a century after the first machine was installed by Barclays in London in 1967.   While in his bath tub he  was inspired by the chocolate bar disp- ending machine. Thereby he devised the world's 1st ATM. His idea was placed before Barclays and the bank accepted it immediately.

Asteroid full of precious metal !

An asteroid named '16 Psyche' is racing towards earth. It contains huge amount of nickel, metalic iron with solid gold core. The estimated value of the asteroid could be around $10,000 quadrillion -enough to make everyone in  the world sufficiently rich !!

Rudraprayag leopard again !

The Rudraprayag District is well known for  leopards . We have heard of the famous Jim Corbett who after many failures finally succeeded in shooting the man eater of that area-I mean Rudraprayag. Man-eaters still roam in the area and incident still happens. On saturday night a toddler named Rishika was snatched away by a leopard from her front yard. No trace except a drop of blood was found near her home. The villagers demanded it to be declared as a man-eater and hence either trap or eliminate the big cat. Vaibhav Singh the DFO of Rudraprayag said as the villagers were scared and worried we have to either trap or kill it. In this respect two shooters Joy Hukki and Zahir Baksh are deployed.

Recycled Olympic medals.

The Tokyo Games will loose many features of an  Olympics. It will probably be noted in history as the weirdest Games played  with empty stands and devoid of all glamours. There will be changes in the making of medals too. Recycled materials from used consumer electronic goods- such as- digital cameras, laptops, games consoles etc. will be used. General public, electronics shops, schools too donated in yellow donation boxes set up in Post Offices & Street corners. The Japanese public themselves donated around 6,21 millions old mobiles.
