Abandoning Indian children at US borders.

Parents are leaving their children at US borders with a chit. They are mostly between 12 and 17 years old. They have nothing with them except a chit where the address of their parents are written. Unattended Indian minors were seen at the US borders. This shows that the minors had become victims & tools in the world of illegal immigration.
