Pioneer the late riser!

Image
I am usually a late riser. It is often said those who sleep their luck too sleep along with them.I however don't consider myself unlucky since I have the most precious wife along with nice children and grandchildren.Though I am not a moneyed man yet things seem to roll along comfortably. Beeing a creative person I always preferred to keep myself busy with new jobs and ideas. While in business I showed the same inclination by becoming(as far as I know) a pioneer in Noodle/Chowmein Machineries in India.Apart from this my passion for music helped me to compose pioneering music on Kapil Dev(World Cup winner captain), Satyendra Nath Bose (Indian scientist famous for Bose Einstein Theory), Satyajit Ray(Oscar winning Film Director), Indira Ghandi(Prime Minister), Hemanta Mukherjee (Singer) etc. (To be continued)

Tired of negative News!

I usually believe in positivity. In hope and in every sphere of life's activities I prefer to see the goods and always try to switch off my mind from the reverse. Unfortunately I fail to remain so while reading the Newspaper every morning. From our very childhood days we have been taught to go through the Newspaper regularly. Sorry to say that reading the Newspaper nowadays has become a tiring and frustrating job.Ugh so much negativity!

It is a past era about which very few are aware or interested.Yet the walks organised by various organizatiozs shows that history conscious men & women are not only interested but are quite passionate to know in details about the goneby era. Those who worked for the zamindars too were men of steal and seldom betrayed their masters. The old photo of a bawarchi named Dhanmanya was a very favorite cook of a zamindar in Beadon Street.Ojha, Kalpana, Ambika,Jagadish were the caretakers of the Thakurbari while Sanaatan was the head priest whose son Shyamsundar too sometime looked after Pujas. There were others like Satyanarayan,Ramji etc who used to collect rent from the prajas. There were the zamindar's wrestlers too .Shukla was the head Pahalwaan under whome were others. Tewari too a pahalwaan took care of the zamindar's garden. One thing was common among these men-they were all more than 6 feet in height. They had a Villa in Belgatchia where the Hathisala was. These elephants came

Elephants hinder schools.

Four persons are reportedly killed by elephants.Nearly 82 of them came from West Midanapur.Their presence created panic in Bankura where at this moment a herd of 72 elephants are still present. The authorities are trying to move the herd from there towards a far off area. Fear has gripped the students and their guardians who have stopped them from going to schools.Even some schools have decided to remain closed till things are normal. Considering the Secondary Examination knocking at the door some students are seen cycling towards schools that are still having classes. They are forced to form a group while travelling for the sole purpose of safety!
