India to lead in AI revolution.

Just a year and half ago AI founder Sam Altman rubbished India's ambition in building foundation AI models with limited budget.
During a fireside chat with IT & electronics minister Aswini Vaishnaw he reversed his comment.
"I think India should be one of the leaders of the AI revolution." said he.
