3,500 years old jar broken by a boy!

A jar aged 3,500 years old was accidentally broken by a 4 year old boy.It was displayed at the Hecht Museum in Israel.The curiosity of a four year old boy was the cause of this mishap.This happened when the boy wanted to peep inside the jar.The jar belongs to the era of King David and his son King Solomon. The museum authority, however,said that it would be repaired by experts.After final inspection it would be put up for visitors, once again. The boy's family was invited back to, once again, view the pitcher.

Naked Museum visitors !

Not for modesty's sake but to avoid getting splinters-the visitors of a Museum are requested to walk naked.They can, however, have their shoes on. The Museum in Marseille, a southern French city, while inviting visitors to discover Europe's relationship to naturist lifestyle, decided to lay such rule. It is only once in a month that visitors can explore the history of naturism in Museum of Civilizations of Europe and Mediterranean (Mucem). France could be the world's leading destination for tourists who enjoy going naked -describes Mucem.

Badminton and sex.

Authorities in Hong Kong are advising teenagers to spend more time in playing badminton.Accordening to them this might help them to avoid premarital sex. The education bureau published a 70 page document to guid the adolescents.It was not for encouraging students to start dating or having sexual life in early life.Instead it advises them to limit their intimacy and avoid wearing clothes that might act as 'visual stimulation.'

Daredevil lady at 102 !

Undaunted by age, she drove a Ferrari around the Silverstone motor racing circuit at 210kmph to mark her 100th birthday.This happened just 2years ago. And now at her 102nd birthday the daredevil British lady, once again, proved her mettle by skydiving out of a plane.Manette Bailllie, the woman,is the oldest Britain's skydiver.She believes her daring antics might inspire other elderly persons. Unbelievably, she jumped from a height over 6,900 feet, though closing her eyes tightly.She admitted that although she dived with an assistant yet the entire journey was a bit scary!

No honey from Bees

In France bees are unable to produce honey.In fact the bees are starving to death.A beekeeper in Saint-Ours-les-Roches in Central France, named Michael Isambert, lost 70% of honey.Each beehive usually produce 15 kilos a year but this year, according to Isambert, it came down between 5 to 7 kilos. Low temperature and heavy rainfall is the cause of low production.Due to this flowers too are failing to produce nectar, which the bees collect to produce honey.

Cash in air !

Wonder how we should react if we suddenly see a man tossing bundles of cash in a crowded street.What will be our first instinct? To grab as many as we could manage? Just look on unbelievingly? Or possibly think that someone fortunatly got rich accidentally. It happened on this Friday in Kukatpally, Hyderabad.A 23 year old man, named Korapathi(not Krorepati) Vamshi, who has business in readymade garments, was responsible for this magnanimity. Previously he has posted in Instagram showing ' showering cash.' Finally he bought large number of liquor bottles and distri uted those in the street. These viral posts has been viewed by a large number of viewers! Unfortunately this Friday's act attracted the police.He was arrested and remanded to 14 days judicial custody.

Largest Diamond of Century found!

From a mine in Botswana the biggest diamond, of more than a century, is found.At a viewing ceremony,Prez Mokgweetsi Masisi showed to the world the fist sized diamond.The Botswana Government claimed that this huge 2,492 carat stone is the second biggest find since 1905. Naseem Lahri, the Botswana MD for Lucara Diamond Corp said that the Canadian mining company has made a history.The unnamed diamond approximately weighs half a kilogram!

3 Gold Medals at 101 Yrs.

Once again it proves that age is just a number.Ex Naval Commander Vallabhajosyula Sriramulu, after winning three gold medals at the World Masters Athletics Championship in Sweden's Gothenburg,proved this again.He is now 101 yrs old and was a sailor of INS Vikrant, the aircraft carrier. He bagged these gold in shotput, javelin and discus.

Mike Tyson again

Who have not heard of Mike Tyson. He is the undisputed heavyweight boxing champion 1987 to 1990.At present he is 58 and, unbelievably, wants to put on his gloves, once again, against Jake Paul.Considering his age as well as his health,he could probably be in danger. He, however, proudly claims,"Who else can do it but me." He said this at the packed press conference where the crowd cheered.Paul said,"Hey New York, you are just like Mike Tyson- you were good 20 years ago." .

World War1 ship found.

A warship, hit by German torpedo in October 1914, was found this week.UK divers believe that they have discovered the Royal Navy warship which sank off Scotland during World War1.Unbelievely it was virtually intact.Paul Downs, one of the divers, filmed footage of the long lost wreck.He mentioned it as"a once in a lifetime discovery" especially finding it almost in a perfect condition.

An International protest!

We often come up with news of rape & murder.Almost every day either in newspapers,TV, social media etc. We are almost forced to watch inhuman activities by some abnormal and perverted... animals. We have probably reached an extremely unavoidable stage where protest from international level too is showing up. From UK to Germany-Time Square from New York to Canada.Indians in Los Angeles too have decided to gather at Lake Hollywood Parks at 11am on Sunday to protest for the RG Kar rape murder crime. Indian Doctors in UK will begin a protest from Manchester along with others participating in candlelight march. Bengali community with their non- Bengali friends in Cologne, Germany met on Colongne Cathedral staircase on 15th August to protest.They were in black dress. Is this the Great Awakening that we have been waiting for so long?

3,000 yr old honey.

Honey is not only tasty but it is used medically for various health issues.It is being used for a long time.Our grandmothers and their grandmothers too have been using it for various purposes. But could we believe that it has been used by the Egyptians more than 3,000 years ago ? In 2015 archaeologists found pots of honey from ancient Egyptian tombs.Surprisingly they were found in perfectly edible state.Honey with its low moisture content can be preserved indefinitely.

Snake , liquor & lady.

A drunk woman was trying to stop a public bus near Vidhya Nagar in Hyderabad. According to Nallakunta police the woman waved when the bus already crossed the Vidya Nagar bus stop.As there was a turning the bus driver slowed down after crossing it.The infuriated woman(50yr) threw a liquor bottle and damaged the windshield.The woman conductor along with passangers, caught the inhebrated lady.Suddenly and without warning, she took out a snake from her handbag and threw at the conductor.She however escaped unhurt while the snake crawled away and disappeared. A case was registered against the woman.

5th floor dog falls - 4Yr baby dies!

A pet Labrador falls on a 4 year old girl from a 5th floor terrace. The nearby CCTV recorded the event.It happened on Dargah Road in Mumbra,Thane. The little girl was walking with her mother on this Tuesday.They were out to exchange a packet of diapers from a nearby shop.Suddenly a big Labrador fell on the little girl Sana.She was immediately taken to CSM Hospital where after an ECG she was declared dead. The owner of the dog was accused of occupying the entire terrace for keeping dogs of various breeds.The incident happened due to the owner's negligence- complained the local persons to the police. ;

Les Miserables repeated!

Victor Hugo the author of the famous book "Les Miserables"probably never thought that his story would repeat in real life. A bank fraudster, who disappeared with Rs50 lakh, a long long time ago, was finally arrested.In the meanwhile he was declared dead by a local court.Not only that but the culprit had disguised himself as a sadhu (hermit) when he was caught from a village in Tamil Nadu. He was a computer operator in State Bank of India in branch at Hyderabad.He fled after taking a fictitious loan on May1 2002.Though he was married, yet in 2007 he married again after changing his name to M Vineet Kumar.

The screaming mummy!

Mummification began around 2600 BCE by the Egyptian.After its discovery many things, including valuable items, were revealed. A mummy discovered on an archaeological expedition, carried out during 1935,showed a strange dissimilarity from others, so far.She was found with her mouth wide open which gave the belief that she may have died in agony.Also might have a rare form of muscular stiffening known as cadaveric spasm.It might have occurred at the moment of death. Scientist, after using CT scans performed a 'virtual dissection ' to find out the mystery behind it.The examination brought forward the followings :- The mummified woman was 48Yrs old,had a mild arthritis of the spine.She also lost some teeth -accordind to Prof. Sahar Saleem.Her body was embalmed 3,500 years ago. When asked whether she was embalmed while alive Saleem replied that he doesn't believe that it was possible. However no explanation came for the "Screaming Woman."

A fearful night with elephants.

It was a very unexpected landslide where Sujatha Aninanchira and her family found their home completely flattened.Though by sheer luck they were saved yet danger never left them throughout the night. After extricating themselves from their home, which had turned into rubble, they climbed a nearby hillock.Since it was quite dark, their vision escaped another danger that lay just ahead.However when their visions were clear fear gripped them.They were face to face with three elephants, just half a meter from them. Somehow the elephants too were aware of the situation and decided to stay quite. Around 6am they were rescued by the local people ! This happened near a village in Kerala, India,
